We very much appreciate those homeowners who go the extra mile and expense to make their lawn and landscaping perfect every year. For those few who struggle with lawn maintenance we have MINIMUM STANDARDS in The Laurels HOA:
- Cut lawn, edge and blow - WEEKLY.
- Keep mulch beds covered and refresh as needed.
- Control weeds in lawn and mulch beds as needed.
- Seasonal color and hard scape are highly encouraged.
