Our Community
Welcome to The Laurels! We are a diverse community of approximately 130 homes located just North of McDonough, Georgia on State Highway GA-20.
We are approximately 35 miles south of Atlanta in Henry County, Georgia. Our residents enjoy quiet surroundings, children playing, relaxing evening strolls, walks with their dogs or jogs around our 3 connected streets that make up our neighborhood.
Home construction first began in 2000 and we currently have 3 vacant lots remaining for new home construction. Our current HOA dues are $225 per year which will increase in 2026 to $350., which is primarily use for landscaping maintenance, irrigation, and street lights.
Every fall we have an annual Community Fall Festival and our Annual Budget meeting in January.
