Annual Assessment Collection Efforts:

We are happy to report we have selected a vendor to start collection efforts on past due accounts. This section will be updated with amounts recovered monthly starting in August 2026. There is no fee for this service to the community, all fees will be charged to the delinquent account.

Front Entrance Repair:

A vendor has been selected and we are on the schedule to have the front bushes and lights repaired . Thank you for your patience this was a lengthy process as insurance claims against the damaging party had to be filed.

Pavilion Project:

A great deal of headway was made on this project by having all the major trees cut away from the pavilion however; the project was placed on hold in late 2025 after discovering driveway infringement on HOA property, irrigation and water meter line damage. The project will remain on hold until these issues are  resolved.
