Front entrance repair has been completed!
A great deal of headway was made on this project by having all the major trees cut away from the pavilion however; the project was placed on hold in late 2025 after discovering driveway infringement on HOA property with irrigation and water meter line damage. as a result. The project will remain on hold until these issues are resolved. A survey has been completed, next step will be meter repair.
