NOTICE OF RETENTION POND MAINTENANCE, HENRY COUNTY GA
Prior to 2026 Henry County Water Shed has always maintained the clean out of the retention pond for our community located on Swiftwater Circle. As of June 2026 they have sent notice stating due to their budgets they will no longer be able to provide this free service we have received for the past 25 years. This will impact our current budget for 2026 & future years. The 2026 annual assessment increase to $350 per year did not include the new required private maintenance of the retention pond. Vendors are currently being sourced to start our private maintenance of the pond. The Board will continue to review all cost saving potential and revenue generating options within the current and future budgets. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
